How it works, one job at a time

A handwritten bill takes a few minutes and a calculator, and the total is wrong often enough to matter. This takes about ten seconds and the tax is worked out for you.

1. 1Open Invoices and tap New.
2. 2Pick the customer, or type a name and number for a walk-in.
3. 3Add items from your product list. Prices, units and GST come with them.
4. 4Tap Save. The invoice number is generated for you, in order, with no gaps.

Most customers want the bill on their phone, not on paper. Sending it takes one tap, and you have a record that it went.

1. 1Open the saved invoice.
2. 2Tap Share.
3. 3Choose WhatsApp, or save it as a PDF to send however you like.
4. 4The customer gets a proper invoice with your shop name, address and GSTIN on it.

Once your items are in, billing stops being typing. You also see what is running out before a customer tells you.

1. 1Open Products and add an item — name, price, unit, GST rate.
2. 2Turn on stock tracking for anything you want counted.
3. 3Set a reorder level. Items at or below it show up as low stock.
4. 4Every bill you make reduces the count automatically.

Most small shops carry credit and track it in a notebook. This is the same information, totalled, and it does not go missing.

1. 1Open Customers. Each one shows what they owe.
2. 2Open a customer to see every bill and every payment against it.
3. 3Record a part payment when it comes in — the balance updates itself.
4. 4The dashboard shows the total outstanding across all customers.

Your customers get a link and a QR code instead of asking what you have in stock. Orders arrive on your phone.

1. 1Open Business Profile and turn the online page on.
2. 2Choose your web address — your shop name usually works.
3. 3Your products appear automatically. No second catalogue to maintain.
4. 4Share the link or print the QR code. When someone orders, you get a WhatsApp message.

Signal in a shop is not something you can count on, and billing is not something that can wait for it. This is the part most billing apps get wrong.

1. 1Everything is stored on the phone first, not in the cloud.
2. 2Make bills, add customers and take payments with no connection at all.
3. 3Nothing is queued or greyed out — the app does not behave differently offline.
4. 4Turn on cloud sync if you want a backup or a second device. It is optional.
